HUNGRY FOR ADVENTURE?

 

I host travellers at my houses and apartments – but I also have a deep passion for exploring the world myself. Over the years, this has taken me to more than 80 countries and connected me with friends across the globe.

I’ve now created a travel community, Travel Explore X – bringing together curious, open-minded people from across Europe for 2–3 journeys each year. Together, we explore less-travelled paths, discover unique places, and share memorable experiences.

NOT REALLY A TRAVEL AGENCY

This is a community – not a traditional travel company.

We are people from different countries who want to travel together and experience more than the usual tourist routes. The process is also more collaborative: we often shape the trip together, travel like a small “family,” and stay connected between journeys.

TRAVEL FORMAT

Each trip has a defined start and end point, along with a planned route and programme.

We are usually on the move – travelling by car(s) and staying in several locations along the way. You arrange your own transport to and from the start/end point, making it easy to join from anywhere.

COSTS

Each participant covers their own costs.

Pia organises accommodation and shared transportation, and these costs are split within the group. You also cover your own travel to/from the meeting point and your meals.

An estimate of shared costs is provided during the planning phase and may be adjusted if plans change. We aim to keep costs reasonable while still enjoying comfortable stays and smooth travel.
