DESCRIPTION

 

Do you need a spacious place for family or friends to gather? Do you enjoy bright, modern and unique design? Villa Viktoria is a large and luxurious seaside villa, whose comprehensive equipment offers everything you need for cooking and socializing even for a larger group. The house "grows" according to your needs - up to 18 people. If there are more than 18 of you, you can add Villa Ranja, which will make it possible to accommodate up to 26 people. Here is some information about Villa Viktoria:

• Excellent kitchen! It has everything you need - for example, two ovens, a large induction hob, a dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer, a coffee machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster

• Sauna area; with sauna (electric), bathtub, two showers and separate toilet

• Bathroom also upstairs

• Washing machine/dryer.

• Underfloor heating + underfloor cooling + central ventilation + summer portable air conditioner upstairs.

• Large terraces in every direction, some of which are covered, so there are suitable outdoor spaces for all weather conditions.

 

The main building is suitable for up to 11 people and is divided into bedrooms as follows:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed 180x200 cm + single bed 90x200 (+ junior bed 70x160)

• Bedroom 2: Double bed 160x200 + single sofa bed 80x200

• Bedroom 3: Double bed 160x200 cm (can also be used as a single bed)

• Bedroom 4: Bunk bed 2 x 90x200

One single bed can be added if needed.

 

If there are 12+ people, we will add an adjacent apartment with space for seven people:

• Bedroom: Double bed 160x200 + single sofa bed 90x200

• Room/living room/kitchen: 2 single beds 90x200 + double sofa bed 140x200

The apartment has an additional bathroom and a small kitchen.

 

Below the house there is a private sand beach (40 m) and a rowing boat is available.

 

 

BOOKING POLICIES

 

The CALENDAR can be found here on the website (best viewed on a computer). Empty periods in the calendar are available for booking. In midsummer, the house can be booked weekly, Sun-Sun, at other times for a minimum of two days. For more information, see PRICE LIST and RENTAL CONDITIONS .
