DESCRIPTION

Villa Ranja is a well-equipped cottage (built in 2012), suitable for year-round living. It is located on a sandy beach and faces southwest.

• Number of people: 1-8 people

• Pets are also welcome.

• Living area: 45 m2 + loft 15 m2

• Underfloor heating and air conditioning for cooling in summer

• Kitchen/living room with induction hob, convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stove, TV, dining table and sofa bed (bed for 2, 160 cm), washing mashine

• The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and the loft can accommodate 4 people (4 x mattresses 80 cm).

• Wood-heated sauna, bathroom with two showers.

• Separate toilet. 

• Outdoor facilities: Large terrace with dining area, sofa set and gas grill.

• Woodshed (firewood included in the rent).

• Beach: Villa Ranja is right on the sand beach (private section approx. 40 m), meaning you can step directly onto the sand from the terrace and the water's edge is a few steps away. A rowing boat (approx. 4.5 meters) is available for use.

 

 

BOOKING PRACTICES

 

The CALENDAR can be found here on the website (best viewed on a computer). Empty periods in the calendar are available for booking. In the summer the cottage can be booked weekly, Sun-Sun, at other times for a minimum of two nights. For more information, see PRICE LIST and BOOKING CONDITIONS.
