DESCRIPTION
Villa Ranja is a well-equipped cottage (built in 2012), suitable for year-round living. It is located on a sandy beach and faces southwest.
Number of people: 1-8 people
Beds: 2 (double bed 160cm) + 4 (loft) + 2 (sofa bed 160 cm)
Pets are also welcome.
This cottage can be combined with a nearby rental house and/or apartment, thereby increasing accommodation capacity.
Living area: 45 m2 + loft 15 m2
Underfloor heating and air conditioning for cooling in summer
Armament
Kitchen/living room with induction hob, convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stove, TV, dining table and sofa bed (bed for 2, 160 cm)
The bedroom has a double bed (160 cm) and the loft can accommodate 4 people (4 x mattresses 80 cm).
Other: Wood-heated sauna, bathroom with two showers. Separate toilet. Washing machine.
Outdoor facilities: Large terrace with dining area, sofa set and gas grill. Woodshed (firewood included in the rent).
Beach: Villa Ranja is right on the sandy beach (private section approx. 40 m), meaning you can step directly onto the sand from the terrace and the water's edge is a few steps away. A rowing boat (approx. 4.5 meters) is available for use.
BOOKING POLICIES
The CALENDAR can be found here on the website (best viewed on a computer). Empty periods in the calendar are available for booking. In midsummer, the house can be booked weekly, Sun-Sun, at other times for a minimum of two days. For more information, see PRICE LIST and BOOKING CONDITIONS.

BESKRIVNING
Villa Ranja är en välutrustad stuga (byggd 2012), lämplig för åretruntboende. Den ligger vid en sandstrand och fasaden vetter mot sydväst.

Sängar: 2 (dubbelsäng 160cm) + 4 (loft) + 2 (bäddsoffa 160 cm)
Husdjur är också välkomna.
Denna stuga kan kombineras med ett närliggande hyreshus och/eller lägenhet, och därmed öka boendekapaciteten.

Vardagsrum/kök med induktionshäll, varmluftsugn, kyl/frys, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, spis, TV, matbord och bäddsoffa (säng för 2, 160 cm)
Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng (160 cm) och loftet rymmer 4 personer (4 x madrasser 80 cm).
Övrigt: Vedeldad bastu, badrum med två duschar. Separat toalett. Tvättmaskin.
Utomhusfaciliteter: Stor terrass med matplats, soffgrupp och gasgrill. Vedlider (brännved ingår i hyran)
Strand: Villa Ranja ligger precis vid sandstranden (egen del ca 40 m), vilket innebär att du kliver direkt ut på sanden från terrassen och vattenbrynet ligger bara några steg bort. En roddbåt (ca 4,5 meter) finns tillgänglig.
BOKNINGSINFORMATION
KALENDER finns nedan om beskrivningen, dock bäst fungerande i datorvy. Tomma perioder i kalendern är tillgängliga för bokning. På högsommaren kan huset bokas per vecka, sö-sö, andra tider för minst 2 dygn. Mer information finns i PRISLISTAN och i BOKNINGSVILLKOREN.
